The ESMT MBA program is a one-year, full-time course of study taking place at the ESMT campus in the centre of Berlin, starting each year in January. The program offers an innovative curriculum that integrates three tracks: Managerial Analytics, Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Strategic Leadership.

Students tailor their own curriculum with electives, study trips abroad and project weeks from a combination of those tracks to create a personalized program. The program's mission is to develop leaders for the 21st century through the conjunction of theory and practice. Future leaders face the challenge to anticipate change before others do so and to lead organizational transformation in terms of realigning business structures and functional activities to grasp new opportunities
