ESMT's Executive MBA is an 18-month, part-time program for high-potential leaders. Program modules last one- and two-weeks. Seven modules are in Berlin, one in Russia, and the last is a two-week International Field Seminar to a country of strategic significance. Students build their distinctive edge with electives and projects in either technology management and innovation or international and intercultural leadership.
