The first eleven business schools, from Kellogg/ Hong Kong UST Business School to National University of Singapore School of Business, form the top group. The second group is headed by UC Berkeley/ Columbia, which would need to increase its score by 5 points in order to move up a group. Top of the third group is Tongji University/ENPC which is seven points behind Cranfield School of Management. Only 25 points separate the top and bottom schools in this third group. The fourth group of EMBA degrees is more spread out, separated by 80 points.

15. This is calculated according to the number of faculty publications in 40 international academic and practitioner journals. Points are accrued by the business school at which the author is currently employed. The total is weighted for faculty size
